Tell Their Own Vision on the theme feeding the planet, Energy for life.
The universal exhibition will be held in Milan from 1 May to 15 October 2015, almost a hundred years after the previous Italian Expo made in 1906. The event will bring millions of visitors and dozens of heads of state and government to Italy. The official participants confirmed to date over 130 between international countries and organizations, with the expectation that the number of confirmations continues to grow.
PADIGLIONE ITALIA will play a central role within the exhibition; It will be the institutional reference place where Italy will tell its vision on the theme of Expo 2015 "nourish the planet, energy for life", declining the concept of the nursery through a series of ideas, proposals and solutions for the growth, development and promotion of the country system.
The PADIGLIONE ITALIA is the most anticipated and visited pavilion by the public since Italy is both the participating country and the host country and will be:
• The "entrance door" of the country, an extraordinary showcase and laboratory of international relations, the business card of the Italy system in the world
• a window on the history of our country, capable of combining tradition and innovation, past and future
• an icon place capable of representing the best of Italian excellence related to the theme of the Expo
• a formidable brand that can help our Made in Italy to penetrate new markets and find further growth opportunities
On 7 November 2013 the exhibition " PADIGLIONE ITALIA was inaugurated at the Quirinale. From the project to Expo Milano 2015 ", which will remain open to the public in the Honor Hall of Honor until 15 January 2014.
At the center of the exhibition, full of movies, renderings and architectural designs, there is the plastic of the PADIGLIONE ITALIA at the 2015 Universal Exhibition, in 1:50 scale.
